Recyclable: INNOWEBMONO

InnowebMONO™ is the new line of monomaterial laminates for tubes, available in white, transparent or metallised and in different thicknesses. Thanks to its high level of purity and increased stiffness to weight ratio, it is the ideal sustainable tube laminate.
INNOwebMONO protects your products from oxygen and moisture, and is perfectly compatible with AISA machines.

InnowebBIO, our bio-based laminates for tubes are the perfect packaging solution in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and in the food industry, because they are lightweight, safe and hygienic, protecting also against UV rays.

Bio-based polyethylene is made with ethanol derived from renewable sources – this has a significant impact on the final carbon footprint of the packaging.

BIOBASED LAMINATES

The turn-key alternative to any standard PE-based structure, with our without barrier, this product range offers biobased PE as the material of choice for the PE components of the laminate, a resin which is identical to its fossil equivalent in terms of performance and functionality.

All raw materials used for Laminext are certified according to the industrial composting norms, EN 13432.

These GMO-free laminates are ideal for dry applications such as powders, cereals, dry snacks and crisps, butter and fresh cheese packaging.

Paper replaces PET in the printable surface layer, for a “natural” look and higher renewable content. Suitable for hot-fill and cold-fill applications, with spouted or un-spouted pouches.

Our Paper Pouch is available in several specifications with different bio-based percentages.

For this reason, we have developed a sustainable cap solution that complies with the EU’s Single-Use Plastic Directive. Our Tethered Cap is attached to spout to avoid littering. This innovative solution allows us to strengthen our position at the forefront of environmental awareness, taking tangible steps to develop new products even before future regulations become effective. Our Tethered Cap can be implemented on all Gualapack filling lines by using a special Cap Kit (available for new and existing lines). The Tethered Cap is available in PP and PE and can be used with Hot-fill, Cold-fill and Retort applications. It fits all Gualapack pouches with 8.6-mm diameter spout. We offer two different options: the Standard Cap and the Mood Cap.
