MF series: a new generation of pouch filling machines

MF pouch filling machines

From flexible packaging to pouch filling lines, we design and manufacture every component of the spouted pouch system. This end-to-end capability - what we call technology crossover - means one supplier, one point of contact, and a production chain where every element is engineered to perform together.

With over 20 years of filling machinery in the field, we're now introducing the MF series, our latest generation of pouch filling lines.

One supplier for the complete spouted pouch process

For customers looking for pouch filling machines, working with a single supplier for flexible packaging and filling machines brings a concrete advantage: every component is designed to work together. Pouches, spouts, caps, and filling lines are balanced from the start, which means faster setup, fewer compatibility issues, and a single point of contact for technical support.

Gualapack's filling line portfolio covers two distinct series: the CHP and the MF.

The CHP series has been on the market for over 20 years. Available in one-, two-, and four-head configurations, with filling speeds up to 170 pouches per minute and annual volumes up to 40 million pouches, it remains a proven, compact, easy-to-operate solution for producers who need reliability and a well-established technology.

The MF series is the new generation. Designed to meet the latest standards of the food industry in terms of hygiene, accessibility, safety, and ergonomics, the MF line represents a step forward in what a spouted pouch filling machine can deliver.

The MF series: MF1, MF2, MF4

The MF fillers are available in one-, two-, and four-head configurations, covering filling speeds from 50 to 200 pouches per minute and annual production volumes from 12 to 48 million pouches. All models run on a stepwise rotating table and are built in AISI 304/316 stainless steel, compliant with food industry requirements. The automatic CIP system is standard.

What defines the MF series is a set of engineering principles that address real production challenges:

No hollow bodies. Every part of the filler, frames included, is manufactured without hollow bodies. Eliminating them entirely means higher hygiene standards and easier cleanability across the entire machine.

Zero waste packaging. During the initial purging phase - or after a long shutdown - the MF filler does not fill pouches which would have to be rejected. It purges the product directly, and once the phase is complete, filling starts immediately. No wasted pouches, no unnecessary downtime.

Low noise. The MF line is engineered to run at under 80 dB: a meaningful difference in a production environment where operators spend entire shifts.

Inclined frame. All frames and the filling table are built with a slope, so water doesn't pool on surfaces during cleaning. A structural choice that makes daily sanitation faster and more effective.

Wide access. The machine is designed for easy reach to all internal surfaces, making cleaning straightforward across the entire line.

Service and support throughout the machine lifecycle

Choosing Gualapack as a filling line supplier means access to worldwide technical service covering the complete machine lifecycle - from installation and operator training to ongoing maintenance and spare parts. A single partner with global presence , wherever your operation is based.
